A new year invites a new way of being. Will 2026 be the year you create more space for yourself? Space to reset. To reconnect. To intentionally step into the year ahead feeling grounded, energized and clear.
The Reset Retreat is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be. This is an immersive wellness experience designed to help you begin 2026 with strength in your body, calm in your mind, and openness in your heart. The morning is intentionally energizing and expansive, designed to awaken possibility and momentum. We begin with an inspiring keynote to reflect, release, and step boldly into what you’re calling in for the year ahead. This is followed by an empowering strength and fitness session to reconnect you with your physical power, followed by a guided mindset, intention setting, and goal setting workshop to help you create clear, meaningful goals for 2026. The morning closes with a nourishing lunch and opportunity to explore a small group of aligned wellness vendors. The afternoon gently shifts inward, offering space to slow down, soften, and return to yourself. You will be invited into a deeply restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system and integrate the morning’s work. Through guided breathwork, yoga nidra meditation, and an immersive sound bath, you’ll be supported in releasing tension, settling into stillness, and finding a sense of grounded calm- leaving you feeling peaceful, centered, and aligned as you move into the year ahead.
What to Expect
At its heart, this retreat is about bringing community together. It offers a welcoming space to connect with like-minded individuals while also introducing participants to a collective of skilled and passionate wellness facilitators from our local community. Throughout the day, attendees will have the opportunity to experience the diverse offerings these facilitators bring- from movement and mindset to restoration and nervous-system support- and to learn more about how their work can support ongoing health, growth, and well-being beyond the retreat. This experience is designed not only to inspire and restore, but to strengthen community connection, collaboration, and awareness of the incredible wellness resources available within our community.
