February Special- Four Private Personal Training Sessions for $280

One-on-one personal training offers focused, in-the-moment coaching and support in a private setting. Each session includes a thoughtfully designed full-body strength workout, with real-time guidance, cueing, and options to adjust exercises based on how your body is feeling that day.

Alternatively, the session could be dedicated to building a specific muscle group? Or, perhaps, you would like more of an educational session to review proper form or how to implement progressive overload? This is flexibility at its finest! You tell me what you would like to focus on and that is what we will do!

These sessions are ideal if you want hands-on coaching, improved movement confidence, and accountability during your workouts. While exercises can be modified or progressed within the session, one-on-one training sessions do not include a fully personalized and individualized program or long-term training plan.

If you are looking for a plan designed specifically around your individual goals, movement history, and needs- including structured progression beyond our sessions- that level of personalization is offered through the Strength Foundations Blueprint, which can be purchased separately.

This option works well for women who want expert guidance during training sessions, without committing to a full customized program- or as a complement to a personalized plan when deeper structure is desired.
