Hosted by Registered Dietitian Liz Powell of Yaletown Nutrition and Certified Personal Trainer and Educator Brooke Churko of Lifted BHM, this retreat blends education with hands-on experience so you leave not only inspired, but equipped with practical tools you can implement immediately.
Together, we'll explore:
the five pillars of women's health
the science of menopause- hormonal fluctuations of midlife and how to support your body through the changes
mindful movement, mindset recalibration and intention setting
strength training for muscle, metabolism, and longevity
