The Strength Skills series is 2 X 75 minute sessions of personalized training (with a maximum of 4 women) designed for those who want to learn over 20 different strength training exercises covering all ten major muscle groups. It is created as a supportive and straightforward introduction or extension to strength training.
In each session you will be guided through a structured, accessible and foundational strength plan focused on learning key movement patterns, proper set-up, and building confidence with weights. The program is intentionally balanced and repeatable, giving you the skills and understanding to continue training independently at home or in the gym. Each week, you will learn at least 10 new exercises using proper form and progressive overload.
