The Strength Skills series is four sessions (one month) of personalized training sessions designed for those who want to learn over 40 different strength training exercises covering all ten major muscle groups. It is designed as a supportive and straightforward introduction or extension to strength training.

In each session you will be guided through a structured, accessible and foundational strength plan focused on learning key movement patterns, proper set-up, and building confidence with weights. The program is intentionally balanced and repeatable, giving you the skills and understanding to continue training independently at home or in the gym. Each week, you will learn 10 new exercises using proper form and progressive overload.

This series uses a predesigned foundational strength framework rather than a fully personalized and individualized program. Sessions focus on coaching, education, and hands-on guidance to help you feel confident, powerful and capable in your workouts.

Ideal for those who want:

  • A clear introduction to strength (for those new to lifting) or

  • a skill building and form refinement (for those who already lift)
