Strength by Design is an educational, hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to strength train safely, effectively, and with purpose using a specifically designed plan.
Together, we’ll review the foundations of proper strength training using dumbbells, movement patterns, and progressive overload in a way that feels approachable, empowering, and sustainable.
You’ll leave with:
• A structured 4-week full-body strength training program
• Guidance on cardio, walking, recovery, and weekly movement balance
• Some instruction on proper form, technique, and movement patterns
• A clearer understanding of how to train for muscle, metabolism, bone health, and longevity
• A plan to use at a gym or train at home knowing exactly what to do
