Sultry strength is a 50 minute full body muscular endurance workout in a dimly lit, candle-lit room with powerful, sultry music guiding the rhythm of the session.
This semi-private class (4 women) is designed to feel less like a traditional workout and more like an immersive strength experience.
Using controlled, intentional movements, we move through a full-body strength sequence that challenges muscular endurance, builds resilience and connects you deeply to your body.
During this session, I lead from the front of the room, allowing the music, atmosphere, and movement to guide the energy of the space. You work at your own pace and experience level.
